If you are a policy holder and need to report a claim on a policy written through our office, please contact your local insurance agent. If for any reason, you are unable to reach them, please contact us at 786-924-7034 for reporting instructions.
Insurance agents will find full instructions on claims reporting claims in the claims tab after you have logged in.
In the event of a hurricane striking Florida, special claims information will be posted on the website and/or delivered to producing agents.
